Manel has always been a good UFC fighter but inactivity and pull outs have been issues. If Manel can be healthy, he's a real contender for flyweight gold.

2. Brandon Royal needs an "Eagle" moment. Brian Ortega explained how eagles, after being old, go to their trees and pluck their feathers, scratch their claws out, and come back a new and fierce eaglele.
